We specialize in Beef Birria, a traditional Mexican dish that originates from the state of Jalisco, though it is popular across Mexico and beyond. It consists of tender, slow-cooked beef stewed in a richly seasoned broth made with a blend of dried chiles, spices, and aromatics.

The beef is typically marinated with a mixture of guajillo, ancho, and chipotle chiles, along with spices such as cumin, oregano, and cloves. The slow-cooking process allows the meat to absorb all the flavors, resulting in a melt-in-your-mouth texture and a savory, slightly spicy taste.

How It's Served:

Traditionally, birria is served as a stew with a side of tortillas, fresh onions, cilantro, lime, and sometimes radishes.
Modern variations include birria tacos, where the beef is tucked into tortillas, grilled with cheese, and served with a side of the flavorful broth (called consomé) for dipping, our famous Quesabirrias.

Another modern item we have in our menu for example is our unique Birria ramen, top ramen mixed with our delicious Birria and veggies.
